Job Description

As a Fiberglass Laminator and Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in producing fiberglass products. Your responsibility will include grinding, polishing, and ensuring the quality of finished products to meet the strict standards of our company.

Responsibilities

• Grind and polish fiberglass parts to meet quality standards
• Operate equipment such as grinders and sanders safely and effectively
• Collaborate with the Production team to meet schedules
• Maintain clean and organized work areas consistently
• Perform inspections on products for defects before shipment
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations
• Assist in training new employees on equipment usage
• Help with inventory management for production supplies
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in fiberglass production or a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Machinery Operation

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
