Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training new Baristas and sharing best practices.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
• Contribute to promotional events and special offers.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Participate in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista role or similar position.

Technical Skills

• Espresso Machine Operation
• Latte Art

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Barista Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in staff training: Ability to train new hires on beverage preparation and customer service standards.
