Food Batchmaker (Candy Dipper)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Candy Dipper to join our team at Sweet Creations LLC. In this role, you will dip a variety of confectioneries such as fruits, nuts, and cookies into melted chocolate and other coatings, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare candy mixtures and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
• Accurately follow instructions to ensure quality consistency.
• Monitor and adjust equipment as necessary during production.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production lines.
• Participate in training sessions and adhere to food safety practices.
• Identify and report any issues with production equipment.
• Assist in managing stock and supplies for the candy dipping process.
• Support the team in achieving daily production goals.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Help with the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience necessary, but experience in food production is a plus.
