Job Description

We are seeking a Project Leader who will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have a keen attention to detail, and be adept at handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive project plans outlining deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure success.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership.
• Implement project management methodologies to enhance project success.

• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing software projects.
