Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer who will provide exceptional on-site support for mechanical systems. You will diagnose and repair faults, conduct inspections, and train customers on equipment usage, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair company products at customer locations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Document service activities and maintain detailed records.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and inquiries.
• Provide feedback on product improvements based on field experience.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service engineering roles

Certifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
