Responsibilities

• Handle and move freight, stock, and materials effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards on job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project deadlines.
• Assist in loading and unloading of materials safely and efficiently.
• Document daily activities and materials used during operations.
• Be available for overtime or weekends as needed during peak periods.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in construction-related roles

Technical Skills

• Heavy equipment operation
• Material handling

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with heavy equipment operations: Proficient in managing various forms of heavy construction machinery.
• Familiarity with CAD software for hoisting operations: Ability to interpret plans and drawings for effective execution.
