As a Military Officer Special and Tactical Operations Leader, you will be at the forefront of intelligence operations, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting vital information. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting military objectives and ensuring the safety of our nation's security.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead source operations and manage critical intelligence collection projects.
  • Engage in active liaison with military and intelligence entities to strengthen collaboration.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of intelligence operations.
  • Train and mentor junior officers in intelligence methodologies.
  • Participate in high-stakes operational planning and execution.
  • Conduct operational risk assessments and recommend mitigations.
  • Represent the organization at interagency intelligence meetings.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, or related field
  • Completion of relevant military training programs preferred
  • Intelligence Analysis Expertise in intelligence analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Surveillance Technology Advanced use of surveillance technologies for intelligence collection.
  • Data Analysis Software Exceptional skills in data analysis software like Palantir and i2 Analyst's Notebook.
  • Communication Exceptional oral and written communication skills for briefing and reporting.
  • Critical Thinking Strong critical thinking capabilities to analyze and synthesize information.
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Completion of Military Intelligence Training
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Joint Military Operations Experience: Experience working in joint military or interagency environments is a plus.
  • Advanced Combat Training: Completion of advanced combat training courses is highly valued.
