Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our New York team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and overseeing various architectural projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities

• Create and develop architectural designs and plans.
• Conduct research and analysis on project feasibility and site suitability.
• Coordinate design projects from initial concept through construction supervision.
• Address client feedback and modify designs accordingly.
• Inspect construction work to ensure alignment with architectural concepts.
• Use CAD software for designing and drafting building plans.
• Create visual presentations for client meetings.
• Sustainably source materials in accordance with the firm's commitment to green building practices.
• Mentor junior architects and interns.
• Manage budgets and timelines to ensure project completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Construction Documentation

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• NCARB Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Project Management: Background in managing architectural projects from start to finish.
