Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts on various architectural projects.
• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and design frameworks.
• Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes.
• Work closely with contractors during construction phases.
• Perform feasibility studies for new projects.
• Utilize design software to create architectural renderings.
• Collaborate with engineers and other specialists to coordinate designs.
• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software

Certifications

• NCARB Certification

Languages
