We are seeking a talented Architect to join our New York team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and overseeing various architectural projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire design process and deliver projects that reflect the firm’s vision.
• Prepare architectural documentation to convey concepts and designs.
• Engage with local municipalities regarding codes and regulations.
• Review and assess contractor proposals for design implementation.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
• Lead workshops and meetings to discuss project milestones.
• Evaluate and select materials for projects.
• Ensure designs meet client expectations and budget limitations.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of architectural standards and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Construction Documentation

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Leadership

Certifications

• NCARB Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Project Management: Background in managing architectural projects from start to finish.
• Familiarity with Public Works Projects: Experience working on government or public sector projects.
