Job Description

We are looking for skilled Agricultural Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring crop health, conducting soil tests, and implementing sustainable farming techniques to maximize yields. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of crops to identify potential issues.
  • Assist in soil health assessments and recommend amendments.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of planting schedules.
  • Collaborate with the research team on soil and crop experiments.
  • Implement solutions for improving irrigation systems.
  • Evaluate economic aspects of crop management practices.
  • Document all findings and contribute to scientific publications.
  • Engage with the community to promote agricultural awareness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new agricultural technologies.
  • Support environmental stewardship efforts in agricultural practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Horticulture or Environmental Science
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
