Responsibilities

• Oversee the repair and replacement of utility meters.
• Act as a point of contact for customer service inquiries related to installations and maintenance.
• Assess team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure job safety inspections are performed regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a technical field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in utilities, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Electrical Wiring

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Utility Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
