Responsibilities

• Engage in daily swimming practice sessions to enhance skills and stamina.
• Participate actively in competitive swim meets and events.
• Collaborate with coaching staff on training regimens.
• Ensure all swimming gear is properly maintained and in good condition.
• Support team activities, including promotional events.
• Foster positive sportsmanship and team spirit during competitions.
• Help encourage and mentor novice swimmers in community outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Demonstrated competitive swim experience in team environments
