Heel Varnisher

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Heel Varnisher to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying varnish and finishes to shoe heels, ensuring that each product meets our high standards for quality and precision. The ideal candidate will display excellent attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality application of varnish for a smooth finish.
• Monitor varnishing processes and optimize as needed.
• Responsible for mixing and preparing varnishes according to product specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of varnishing stations and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery used in the varnishing process.
• Document production and maintenance processes thoroughly.
• Work collaboratively with other production staff to troubleshoot any issues.
• Support quality assurance checks throughout the production process.
• Attend regular team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and varnishing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in footwear manufacturing or related field is preferred.

Experience

• Experience with automated varnishing machines and custom varnish formulations is advantageous.
