Job Description

As a Product Designer in our Austin office, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge designs that meet user needs. Your expertise in UX/UI will directly impact our product offerings and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design efforts for new products and features from concept to launch.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment in branding and messaging.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Advocate for a user-centered design approach in all aspects of product development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
