Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate winding of mainsprings using appropriate techniques.
• Lubricate movements to ensure longevity and performance.
• Develop a systematic approach to cleaning and maintaining timepieces.
• Assist in training junior staff on maintenance techniques.
• Provide feedback to improve the production process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in horology is a significant plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
