Job Description

The Forging Machine Operator plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining header machines that produce metal and plastic components. You will ensure quality standards are met and assist in optimizing production.

Responsibilities

  • Set up machinery according to specifications and production needs.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality of products.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections and document findings.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss production targets and challenges.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while operating machinery.
  • Record machine settings and production statistics for future reference.
  • Support other departments as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
