We are seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer to join our team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating and maintaining high-pressure boilers, chillers, and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation of stationary engines and boilers.
Implement and monitor safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Review and analyze equipment efficiency and recommend improvements.
Provide support and training for newer staff and apprentices.
Conduct emergency repairs and maintenance on critical systems as needed.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in HVAC systems is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience in the energy or utilities sector
