Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. The ideal candidate will conduct various testing activities throughout the development lifecycle, collaborating closely with development teams to understand product requirements. Responsibilities

• Implement automated test frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiency.
• Drive the establishment of testing standards and guidelines across the organization.
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to contribute to project timelines.
• Analyze root causes of defects and suggest corrective actions.
• Engage in usability testing to enhance user experience.
• Conduct performance and stress testing to identify issues under load.
• Facilitate communication between developers and stakeholders regarding testing progress.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Research and suggest new technologies and tools to improve testing practices.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new testing team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Software Testing certification (e.g., ISTQB) is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, with knowledge of testing tools
