We are seeking an AI Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in Boston. The ideal candidate will contribute to advanced research projects, utilizing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques to develop innovative AI solutions. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of AI technology and deliver groundbreaking results.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to test and validate AI algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI applications that meet client needs.
• Document research processes and results for dissemination and replication.
• Utilize statistical tools to assess the effectiveness of AI solutions.
• Incorporate user feedback into algorithm development to enhance usability.
• Participate in the recruitment of new team members and support onboarding processes.

Requirements

Education

• Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence or a related field
• Master's degree in Data Science is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in AI research with a focus on machine learning
