Responsibilities

• Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement based on data insights.
• Coordinate with external vendors for data-related projects and analysis.
• Provide ongoing updates and analysis to senior management on project performance.
• Ensure that all reporting aligns with compliance and data governance policies.
• Generate reports that clearly communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive analytics initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts and assist in their development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics or related field
• Master's degree in Data Science preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
