Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Substance Abuse Counselor to support clients in overcoming addiction challenges. In this role, you’ll assess client needs, implement effective treatment plans, and provide ongoing encouragement throughout the recovery process. Your initiative and understanding of various therapeutic approaches will help facilitate positive outcomes for individuals and their families.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Organize and maintain filing systems and customer records
• Prepare reports on service activities and customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in supply ordering
• Perform office tasks including data entry and scanning documents
• Assist team members with additional service-related tasks
• Manage correspondence and communicate with clients effectively
• Implement new administrative processes to improve efficiency

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience

Technical Skills

• Data Entry Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
