As the First-Line Supervisor of Landscaping, you will oversee daily operations of our landscaping crew. This role involves planning, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of landscaping tasks while ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Schedule routine maintenance of landscaping equipment.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members to enhance their skill sets.
• Collaborate with upper management to strategize growth and efficiency improvements.
• Perform regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
• Utilize landscaping software for project planning and customer management.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in landscaping with supervisory responsibilities
