Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hitch Technician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hitches on various types of vehicles. The right candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and have a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and perform optimally. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, though we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform both routine and emergency hitch repairs.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure proper installation and function of hitches.
• Guide customers through the process of selecting the right accessories for their towing needs.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities to stay updated on new technologies.
• Implement safety checks to ensure installations comply with legal standards.
• Work as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in automotive repair or hitch installation
