Job Description

As a Fiberglass Laminator and Fabricator, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality fiberglass products for roller skating rinks. You will work with advanced materials to ensure durability and performance while maintaining strict safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety assessments throughout the fabrication process.
• Train new team members on fiberglass processing techniques.
• Monitor resin curing times and adjust processes as needed.
• Document production activities and materials used for each project.
• Support engineering teams in prototyping new products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in manufacturing or engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fiberglass laminating

Technical Skills

• Mold Preparation
• Finishing Techniques

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Advantageous

• Experience in Employee Training: Ability to lead and train new staff in fiberglass processes.
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Familiarity with OSHA safety standards in manufacturing.
