Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville. In this role, you will assist in managing project timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for project management.

Responsibilities

• Aid in creating comprehensive project documentation and presentations.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for project-related meetings.
• Ensure all project activities comply with established processes.
• Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders for project improvement.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new team members as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in project management or related roles
