As a Demolition Expert, you will be instrumental in executing demolition projects with utmost safety and efficiency. Your expertise in advanced demolition techniques will be vital in ensuring that all projects meet stringent safety regulations. You will coordinate various aspects of the project, manage resources effectively, and conduct risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed site evaluations to identify suitable demolition methods.
• Oversee the coordination of all demolition activities and resources.
• Safely operate and monitor heavy machinery during demolition operations.
• Strictly follow safety regulations and guidelines during all project phases.
• Manage waste disposal to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
• Work closely with engineers and safety specialists to ensure project success.
• Draft progress reports detailing project milestones and challenges.
• Ensure maintenance and safety checks of demolition equipment.
• Conduct follow-up assessments after demolition to identify further actions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid demolition license or certification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in demolition or a related field
