Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Rotary Operator to manage rotary machines in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and safety while maintaining efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run rotary machines while ensuring productivity.
• Perform quality checks on products and report any discrepancies.
• Participate in effective troubleshooting of any operational issues.
• Engage in continual learning about machine operation and maintenance.
• Document production data and machine performance metrics.
• Support team members in achieving collective operational efficiency.
• Assist with training new employees on machine operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
