Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator who is passionate about improving healthcare systems and enhancing patient services. The successful candidate will lead various administrative functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while promoting high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily administrative functions of a healthcare facility, focusing on process improvement.
  • Manage recruitment and staffing processes to ensure adequate workforce for patient services.
  • Implement patient care programs and evaluate patient satisfaction metrics.
  • Monitor healthcare legislation changes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze and report on facility performance metrics to the executive team.
  • Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.
  • Support the development and implementation of innovative healthcare initiatives.
  • Address patient concerns and feedback to maintain service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare administration experience, with demonstrated leadership abilities
