Job Description

The Payroll Auditor is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for the company's employees. This role entails reviewing payroll records, verifying tax withholdings, and reconciling payroll accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits on payroll records for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
  • Reconcile and maintain accurate payroll accounts.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present payroll reports to management.
  • Assist in the implementation of payroll software improvements.
  • Train team members on payroll processes as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll auditing or accounting
Technical Skills
  • Experience with ADP or Paychex

Certifications
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
