Job Description
As a Process Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality control and accuracy of processes within our organization. You will review, analyze, and validate processes to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.
Responsibilities
Perform regular audits of processes to verify compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
Collaborate with departments to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Maintain thorough documentation of audits and corrective measures taken.
Educate team members on quality assurance protocols and compliance requirements.
Foster a proactive approach to quality improvement initiatives.
Utilize statistical analysis tools to support decision-making.
Report discrepancies and follow up to ensure resolutions are implemented.
Drive process improvement initiatives across departments.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in process management or quality assurance
