Job Description

The Rotary Drill Operators will be responsible for overseeing daily drilling operations in the oil and gas extraction industry. The successful candidates will ensure the effective running of drills and related equipment, while adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the drill site and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Train and mentor junior operators and drilling crew members.
• Analyze geological data to ascertain drilling feasibility.
• Review and document daily drilling reports and progress.
• Execute emergency protocols when necessary to ensure crew safety.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering or Geosciences

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in oil and gas operations management with a focus on unconventional resources

Certifications

• H2S Alive Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
