Job Description

As a Veterinarian at Veterinary Services Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to animals. You will conduct examinations, diagnose illnesses, perform surgeries, and administer vaccines. We are seeking a dedicated individual who has a passion for animal care and can work collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose complex medical cases and provide necessary treatment.
  • Oversee medical staff and ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Perform minor and major surgical procedures.
  • Participate in continuing education to stay current on veterinary practices.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Engage with clients in a compassionate manner to ensure understanding of treatments.
  • Manage the administration of the clinic in collaboration with management.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Oregon
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in veterinary practice
