Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Administer IV fluids and medications as necessary.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Ensure patient environments are safe and conducive to healing.
  • Train and supervise nursing students and new staff members.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • BSN preferred
Experience
  • Experience in critical care nursing is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Intravenous therapy
  • Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Languages
