• Train and supervise nursing students and new staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
• BSN preferred

Experience

• Experience in critical care nursing is a plus

Technical Skills

• Intravenous therapy
• Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Soft Skills

• Team-oriented
• Time management

Certifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS): Preferred certification for candidates involved in pediatric care.
• Specialization in critical care or emergency nursing: Preferred specialization for roles requiring critical thinking and decision-making.
