Join our team as a Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver, where your driving skills will be essential in transporting goods efficiently. This position requires you to manage the logistics of loading, securing, and unloading cargo, while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain assigned flatbed truck and other vehicles.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage and cargo details.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
• Adhere to safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
• Report any accidents or issues to the management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Assist in training new drivers on company protocols.
• Participate in company safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a flatbed truck driver

Technical Skills

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• GPS Navigation

Soft Skills

• Communication

Certifications

• DOT Physical Exam Compliance
• HazMat Endorsement (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
