Job Description

As a Jacket Preparer, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and organization of jackets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position demands attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure that all garments are ready for production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments for production and ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular audits of finished products for quality assurance.
• Train new team members on assembly and labeling procedures.
• Assist with logistics and inventory initiatives as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production strategies.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Garment Tagging Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to Read Technical Specifications: Experience in interpreting garment production specs and drawings.
• Previous Experience in a Similar Role: Experience in positions like Clothing Assembler or Apparel Preparer.
