Job Description
The Nut Grader will be responsible for grading and sorting nuts according to size, quality, and other specifications. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality assessments of nuts and report findings.
Train and mentor junior graders as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
Maintain records of daily production and grading outcomes.
Engage in continuous improvement activities regarding grading processes.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
2-4 years in food processing or related fields
Technical Skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Grading equipment operation

Languages
English: Fluent
Spanish: Basic
Advantageous
Previous experience in quality control: Experience in maintaining product quality and safety in food production.
