Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager to oversee the management of rental properties. The successful candidate will ensure tenant satisfaction, compliance with local regulations, and effective property maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
  • Establish positive relationships with tenants and ensure high tenant retention rates.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and oversee property repairs.
  • Organize community events to foster tenant relationships.
  • Prepare lease renewals and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and changes in the real estate industry.
  • Assist in financial planning and budgeting for property management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management or related field
  • Advanced certifications in property management preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
