Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Weatherization Installer to join our team in enhancing the energy efficiency of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in installing various weatherization materials and have a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Install weatherization solutions to enhance home and building efficiency.
• Assess energy loss points and implement appropriate measures for improvement.
• Cut and fit materials to ensure a snug installation for maximum effectiveness.
• Seal building envelopes with quality sealants to prevent drafts.
• Comply with all safety standards and building codes throughout the installation process.
• Share energy-saving tips and advice with clients to foster good practices.
• Perform repairs on existing weatherization measures as required.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Produce accurate documentation of all installations.
• Keep abreast of innovations in weatherization and energy efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a related field with hands-on experience.

Technical Skills

• Energy Auditing

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
