Job Description

As a Self-Enrichment Teacher, you will deliver quality swimming instruction tailored to meet the needs of students of all ages. Ideal candidates will have a background in swimming and experience in teaching skills to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct swimming assessments to evaluate students' current skills and determine appropriate lesson plans.
  • Engage with students enthusiastically to create an enjoyable and effective learning experience.
  • Collaborate with the Aquatic Director to improve program offerings.
  • Ensure all equipment used during lessons is maintained in good condition.
  • Compile feedback from students and parents to improve program effectiveness.
  • Promote additional programs offered by Dynamic Aquatics to encourage student enrollment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a swimming instructor or similar role.
