Job Description
As a Self-Enrichment Teacher, you will deliver quality swimming instruction tailored to meet the needs of students of all ages. Ideal candidates will have a background in swimming and experience in teaching skills to diverse groups.
Responsibilities
Conduct swimming assessments to evaluate students' current skills and determine appropriate lesson plans.
Engage with students enthusiastically to create an enjoyable and effective learning experience.
Collaborate with the Aquatic Director to improve program offerings.
Ensure all equipment used during lessons is maintained in good condition.
Compile feedback from students and parents to improve program effectiveness.
Promote additional programs offered by Dynamic Aquatics to encourage student enrollment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field preferred
Experience
At least 2 years of experience as a swimming instructor or similar role.
