This role requires a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow technical instructions carefully. Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble various types of locks accurately.
• Utilize tools and machinery effectively to enhance productivity.
• Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products.
• Assist in the training of new assembly employees.
• Maintain inventory of lock components and tools.
• Adhere to strict deadlines for lock assembly tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Implement best practices for quality control during assembly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and resolving them promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing role preferred

• Blueprint reading

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electronic lock systems: Knowledge of modern electronic locking systems is advantageous.
