Job Description

As an Ecclesiastical Worker, you will be responsible for nurturing the spiritual growth of our community. Your work will include leading religious services, coordinating educational programs, and providing compassionate support to members in need.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate services and sacramental preparations.
• Foster relationships with community organizations for outreach.
• Keep records of church activities and provide reports as needed.
• Inspire and support volunteers in their roles.
• Educate members on faith practices and beliefs.
• Be available for spiritual counseling and mentoring.
• Engage with diverse groups within the congregation.
• Assist in the development of marketing and communication strategies for events.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Theology or Divinity preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of leading religious services and community engagement.
