Job Description

We are looking for experienced Millwrights who will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery in a manufacturing setting. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for machinery, apply now to be part of our dedicated team in Cincinnati.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance of all types of machinery and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for optimal equipment uptime.
  • Analyze mechanical problems and determine corrective action.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services.
  • Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety in the workplace.
  • Lead efforts in reducing equipment downtime through proactive maintenance.
  • Assist in the training of new employees on safety standards and equipment usage.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance or Millwright certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a related role in manufacturing or construction
Technical Skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
