Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists to operate MRI machines and assist in producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. The role requires collaboration with physicians and radiologists to ensure accurate patient diagnoses and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients on the MRI procedure and answer any questions.
• Conduct quality control checks on MRI machines.
• Keep abreast of technological developments related to MRI.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Advanced certifications in MRI technology are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in MRI imaging

Technical Skills

• MRI Machine Operation
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Compassionate Patient Care

Certifications

• ARRT MRI Certification
• State License in Radiologic Technology

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of contrast media administration: Experience with administering contrast for MRI scans.
• Experience in a clinical setting: Background in a busy hospital or clinical environment.
