Job Description

As a Porcelain Enamel Repairer, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring the finish of porcelain enamel on various surfaces, including sinks, bathtubs, and appliances. You'll need to possess great attention to detail and a deep understanding of the materials involved.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and document the condition of porcelain enamel surfaces requiring restoration.
  • Prepare and condition surfaces thoroughly before applying enamel.
  • Skillfully apply various repair materials and techniques to achieve polished results.
  • Utilize hand tools to finesse repairs ensuring compatibility with existing finishes.
  • Record all repair activities in compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a porcelain enamel repair training program or apprenticeship is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in porcelain enamel repair or related field
