Volunteer Services Director

Job Description

The Volunteer Services Director will oversee and manage all aspects of volunteer recruitment, placement, training, and recognition. This role requires collaboration with departments to ensure optimal volunteer utilization, and a passion for community service is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall volunteer services and strategies.
• Design and implement volunteer engagement strategies.
• Drive volunteer recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Ensure a welcoming and supportive onboarding process for new volunteers.
• Establish metrics for evaluating service impact and volunteer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with local community organizations for partnership opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in volunteer coordination or management.
