Job Description

Join our team as a Photographic Process Worker, where you'll operate and manage processing machines. Your role will involve developing and finishing images with precision, ensuring that every product meets our high standards of quality and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train a team of social workers and case managers.
  • Represent the organization at meetings and community events.
  • Evaluate service effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Foster community partnerships to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify service gaps.
  • Engage in grant writing and fundraising efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree in Social Work preferred

  • 5+ years in a supervisory role within social services
