Job Description

The Legal Activity Adjudicator will be responsible for reviewing and adjudicating legal activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and an ability to make impartial decisions based on evidence presented.

Responsibilities

  • Assess legal arguments and apply relevant laws to case facts.
  • Communicate with attorneys and other stakeholders to clarify legal issues.
  • Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss case strategies and outcomes.
  • Support the legal team in preparing for hearings and arbitrations.
  • Review and update policies and procedures related to adjudication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Law or related discipline is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of adjudicative experience, particularly in legal settings.
