The Contract Sheltered Workshop Supervisor plays a critical role in managing the daily operations of our sheltered workshop. This position oversees a diverse team of employees with disabilities, ensuring they have the support and training needed to be successful in their jobs. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sheltered workshop and manage workflow.
• Ensure that employees receive the necessary support and accommodations.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Document and report all incidents or accidents that occur in the workshop.
• Collaborate with HR for personnel decisions and training needs.
• Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and teamwork among staff.
• Plan and execute community outreach events to promote awareness.
• Administer the workshop budget and manage expenditures.
• Evaluate and enhance the quality of products being produced.
• Develop metrics to assess employee satisfaction and workshop success.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
