Calibration Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Calibration Tester to evaluate, test, and adjust a wide range of electronic and mechanical measuring instruments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our client's equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and special calibration tests on a variety of instruments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of calibration processes and results.
• Propose modifications or repairs to improve measurement accuracy.
• Ensure all calibration instruments are properly maintained and functioning.
• Develop calibration records that comply with regulatory requirements.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to uphold instrument quality standards.
• Diagnose and rectify issues with measuring instruments.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in calibration technologies.
• Lead training sessions for new team members in calibration procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or related technical field
• Advanced certifications in calibration desired

Experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the calibration of instrumentation

• Understanding of calibration standards

Certifications

• Certified Calibration Technician (CCT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
