We are seeking a meticulous Calibration Tester to evaluate, test, and adjust a wide range of electronic and mechanical measuring instruments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our client's equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and special calibration tests on a variety of instruments.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of calibration processes and results.
Propose modifications or repairs to improve measurement accuracy.
Ensure all calibration instruments are properly maintained and functioning.
Develop calibration records that comply with regulatory requirements.
Engage with cross-functional teams to uphold instrument quality standards.
Diagnose and rectify issues with measuring instruments.
Research and implement the latest advancements in calibration technologies.
Lead training sessions for new team members in calibration procedures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Physics or related technical field
Advanced certifications in calibration desired
Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the calibration of instrumentation
