Job Description

As a Baggage Porter and Bellhop, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with outstanding service that enhances their overall experience. You will assist with luggage, provide local information, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them with their luggage.
• Provide insightful recommendations on local dining, entertainment, and attractions.
• Safeguard guests’ belongings and ensure they are properly handled.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain the lobby area to ensure it is tidy and inviting.
• Identify and address any concerns raised by guests promptly.
• Help facilitate guest check-in and check-out to streamline the process.
• Arrange for specialized transportation services as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or hospitality certifications are a plus

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a hospitality setting.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
