Job Description

As an Action Installer, you will be instrumental in the successful installation and maintenance of various action equipment. Your strong technical background will enable you to ensure proper setup, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent service to clients. Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct functional tests and ensure that all equipment meets performance standards.
• Monitor installations for compliance with company quality standards.
• Assist clients with equipment setup and provide troubleshooting support.
• Engage in continuous learning about new technologies and installation techniques.
• Coordinate with logistics for equipment delivery and setup.
• Report on installation progress and provide feedback for operational improvement.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training or certification in action equipment maintenance is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial.
